Perceptive

My two-year old, Jack climbed into bed with me this morning after Jason left for work.

He looked over at me and said, "Mommy, Daddy had to go to work. He's worried about you."

Surprised, I inquired, "What was that? Who is Daddy worried about?"

He responded, "Momma."

I cried.

  1. there's so much modeling we as parents do for our children.

i know it's none of our business, but is there a reason "daddy" is worried about you. hope all is okay.

  2. Diana,

I'm about 12 weeks pregnant with our 3rd little one. (I've blogged about it previously!) I've had TERRIBLE morning/all day sickness, and it's been quite a struggle. Hopefully, it will pass here shortly! Thanks for your concern!

  3. I am glad Diana asked - the same thing was on my mind. Though I am sorry about the illness, of course, I am glad it is just the growing baby and nothing "big". (you know what I mean, right?)

Your son is a sweet spirit!

  7. How sweet, looks like your DS is worried about his mommy that he LOVES so much, how blessed you are:)

I just read your comment about your morning/all day sickness, try Andes Mints, they worked wonders for me. There's also a new store for moms/mommies-to-be called earthmomangelbaby.com I believe, maybe they'll have something for you.

    Hope you feel better:)

    God Bless,
