10 Questions I Asked Myself Today

1. Will I ever NOT be tired again?

2. Is putting on my socks supposed to be this hard?

3. Should I put a band-aid on my outie belly button so it doesn't show through my shirt?

4. Should I be worried about who has recently touched this gas pump handle?

5. Did everyone at MOPS struggle to get out the door this morning, or am I the only one?

6. Should I make whoo*pie pies or take a nap? (The nap won...see #1)

7. Did I give birth to two little boys, or two little comedians?

8. How many diapers have I changed so far in my life?

9. Do other Mommies cry while reading children's books?

10. Can my belly possibly get any bigger?

    Funny questions - as for #9, I discovered that having kids made me lots more teary and the sad thing is I still am even though my yongest is 19!

  5. funny - yet, honest - questions. naps are always good... doesn't matter how old you are :]

    and i think something happens to us when we become mothers that makes us more weepy. i think i remember it being worse during pregnancy, but i cry during the hallmark commercials.

    hang in there... little bean will be here before you know it.

  6. Oh Sarah! I cry lots of times when I read children's books. Some just tug at your heart strings.

    I love naps! Always take a nap - I am jealous I didn't get one :P

    Oh whoopies pies. I remember having them one time in 2nd grade when our student teacher made them for us. So yummy! I have such a vivid memory of that event.

    You are in home stretch, the new little one will be here soon and bring such joy to your family. Just hang in there. I will be praying for you!

  7. Oh my goodness, you bring back all the memories. Thankfully 'some' of these things end with the beautiful arrival of baby short. Do you think there is a bandaid to cover the post-pregnancy belly? I'd be for that one! :)

  9. Almost there, Sarah! And yes, sleep does come back! Lily has been asleep for 12 hours and is still going as I type. I just need to learn to get to bed before midnight...

  11. 1. I think when you are 70, but then you will be too old to enjoy not being tired
    2. Putting on anything while pregnant is hard

    4. Yes, you should be very worried and use the Germ X like a madwoman
    5. Yes, they all struggled some even more than you maybe

    10. Never ask that question, my friend, never ask that question. (BTW, if it makes you feel any better I am not pregnant and I am wondering if mine can get any bigger)

  16. #1...NOPE...come on girl - you are about to join the mommies of THREE preschoolers. Tired just comes with the territory (or at least mine right now...ha ha)
