Over and Out
Happy Friday!
And you know what, folks? It's Friday and it's sunny here! That makes for a Happy, HAPPY Friday. Maybe, just maybe, Spring is coming.
Tonight, we are leaving for home. We're going back to the land of Utz Potato Chips and Tastykakes and Chick-fil-A sweet tea and crabcakes and Berger cookies. Oh, and to visit with family and friends and to introduce them to our sweet, little Lincoln.
And, what a sweetie he is. Can I just tell you that this tiny little man is sleeping from 10pm-5:30 am...at 7 weeks old? Oooh, I gotta go kiss him again.
But before I go smooch on my little guy, a little bloggy business:
Cold Tangerines Book Challenge
1. If you're participating in the Cold Tangerines Book Challenge and you signed up via this post, then you should have received your free copy in the mail by now (or if not, very soon).
2. If you didn't sign up for the book giveaway, you can purchase Cold Tangerines and read along with us. If you write a review and post it to your blog (or Amazon.com) on March 31st, you'll be eligible for the prizes! All the details are here.
I'll be here blogging away next week. 'Cause traveling with a preschooler and a toddler and a nursing newborn, even in our kickin' new ride, could quite possible be about the best scenario for good blogging material. And a migraine.
So, I'm off to pack.
And fill my ibuprofen bottle.
Leave the sun and come to the land of rain! Ok seriously, I don't know if where you are going is going to get rain (but we are).
ReplyDeleteHave a safe trip home and on all your jaunts while visiting!! :)
Do you have enough room in the new ride to take all your goodies home?
Have a wonderfully safe and relaxing trip!

ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Julie and I am a friend of Jessica Brown. I visited your blog from hers and would love to participate in the review of Cold Tangerines?? I just received my copy today! (I wasn't part of the drawing on your blog.) Woo hoo...I've only heard rave reviews of this book.
Jess said you are an avid blogger and that a friendly hello from a fellow blogger was more than appropriate-I'm new to this blogging-world etiquette!
Thanks-
Julie Buurstra
