The Proper Way To Eat Mac 'n Cheese
Jack and Max
(Jason's title for this video was: "Jack and Max demonstrate the proper way to eat Mac 'n Cheese and I show off my mad parenting skills.") That about sums it up.
I could post a bunch of disclaimers here like I wasn't home during this renegade mealtime, or we don't eat dinner with the T.V. blaring in the family room, or we don't just feed the boys out of pink and orange plastic bowls, or we aren't barbarians.
But, I won't. Cause then you might think we're normal; and well, we're not.
And with that, this Mommy blogger is signing off for the long holiday weekend.
Well, unless something incredibly blog worthy happens and my overstuffed Mommy brain needs to release its contents onto this world wide Wackoville blog.
Have a GREAT Memorial Day weekend, y'all!

That's so great. I love everyday life videos.
ReplyDeleteJack speaks really well and (laughing) why does Max like to say "no" even to something he likes? What a hoot.
Totally random... but when Max turned profile, he looked like Jackson! That is the first time they've looked alike to me.
Precious! Max has such a big boy voice! I just want to squeeze those cheeks!
ReplyDeleteI found your blog yesterday, and I love it! This video was great! I think everyone (if they're honest!) could have one just like it. What a sweet dad!
ReplyDeleteI will have to admit that I was mesmerized by this video! ;) Your boys are adorable!
ReplyDeleteYep... looks normal to me. Your boys remind me of mine when they were those ages. Especially Max. He reminds me of Collin, always wanting more. (He still does! and Collin watched this with me and was laughing heartily.)
ReplyDeleteI love Max's expressions!! And Jack is such a cutie too!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
I think Max could have hit China the way he was digging in that bowl. Dave and I cracked up at J pulling him off the chair. Hope his little shoulder is okay, hehe.
ReplyDeleteBoy, did this bring back the memories. I now see how life really is at your house. Love it!
I am with Max - gotta scrap that bowl for every last ounce of cheese - yum!
ReplyDeleteSo cute - love the video! It is a great reminder to me to video everyday things more often and not just the big stuff.
Have a great long weekend!
Oh my goodness - Max licking out the bowl while Jay wasn't looking was hilarious. He was in his own little cheese heaven. LOVED this!!
ReplyDeleteAdorable!!! Max says "Good to the last lick!"
ReplyDeleteSusan
Sarah - I loved this little glimpse into dinner at your house! I can see that Max thoroughly enjoys his mac and cheese. You better keep this - you'll treasure it in a few years.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.
Cute!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
This is a funny video and makes me glad that others have similar "eating trials" that we have. Enjoy your family this weekend! Hopefully you get a chance to prop your feet up or have a picnic at the park! (One of our goals, thanks to you!)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great video!!! I love it...I think it could've been taped at our house about any day/night of the week!!! : )So glad to know that my kids aren't the only ones to thoroughly enjoy their food...wish I could catch my hubby on video some time (without me around) with the kiddos---love watching Daddies at work!!! : ) How fun!
