    Forget the cardigan - just stay indoors!!

    Pull up a quilt to stay warm and start sewing! ;-D

    i would need long underware, turtleneck, CARDIGAN, and down jacket, and i would stay inside while wearing all that.

    it's currently 47 at my house. weather calls for it to be 69. and i'll still be sporting 3 layers.

    wow! that is cold!! it is supposed to be 85 here today. way too hot for january - but -4 is a tad bit too cold for me :)

    The high forcasted for us today is -4 degrees. Yes, that's the high and without the windchill. Yikes! I agree with the others...forget the cardigan and stay in doors.

    PS. Haven't been out of the house since Sunday.

    Oh, wow, Sarah. I can't imagine such cold. I bet your heating bill can be high. I saw on the news that schools were late today so the students wouldn't be out in the extreme cold. Just another excuse to grab a mug of hot cocoa! Stay warm!

    My hours were changed today and I had to be at wort at 6:45am and it was below 6 degrees. That's just not right!

    i am so thankful that cold front didn't really hit denver. i went out today just wearing a sweater.

    don, on the other hand, returned from canada where it was a negative 40. i don't understand why anyone would want to live in that.
