  3. That was great! I love it! I want to learn how to do that. How did you ever have time on your first day of school. Wow! I love their little hands and their expressions of concentration and of course, Max's joy over his vanilla, "light" ice cream. Great job, Mama. Great job, Teacher.

  5. Aims,

We converted the office into a homeschool room. We never used it for an office, so when we made the decision to homeschool, it was the perfect space for it.

  6. You can see the success of the first day written all over their faces. You can see your love for those boys written all over that video. Awesome, Sar.

  8. Sarah, this is great! What a fun memory of their first day. It looks like things went wonderfully. Also, I'm jealous that MY school never found it necessary to go to Culver's for a lesson. :)

  9. This looks like great fun! Homeschooling kindergarten seems like it would be the best year to start with. :D And once again, your photography skills come shining through.

  10. So glad you have a "space" for schooling and so very proud of you for taking this next step in teaching your boys. We did MFW Kindergarten last year and absolutely loved it. You're in for a fun year. It's perfect for boys. We are now moving on to MFW 1st grade, but have fond memories of Kindergarten. Thanks for sharing!

  20. They look so happy!! It would be great to hear what you're using for curriculum. It's always nice to see what other moms are using, what works (and what doesn't) and how you incorporate the Bible into your teaching. Thanks!!

  22. Amazing. You make me melt. Only you would use ice cream for dark vs light. I know it would help ME remember the lesson. ;o)

You make someone who never thought about home schooling, think about home schooling. Sweet times.

...and you just happened to make that video in all your spare time?!? seriously.
