Tastefully Simple Summertime GIVEAWAY!

Simplify.

That's something I strive to do every summer. And, this summer, with moving and unpacking and preparing to welcome our new baby in a few short weeks, I've needed to do that even more.

When it comes to the kitchen, a place that I love to spend time and where I love on my family by serving up good food for them, simplifying in the summer is especially important. I want to be outside - playing, enjoying, relaxing - not holed up in the kitchen in front of the hot oven.

BUT, not at the expense of taste and quality.

So, I'm always looking for ways to simplify my life in the kitchen, but still provide great tasting and fun dishes for my family and friends.

And, that is why I LOVE Tastefully Simple products! They do just that.

Ever since attending my first Tastefully Simple party over 6 years ago, I have been using and loving and reordering these products. I don't typically buy many pre-packaged goods, but I have loved every item I have ever purchased from Tastefully Simple!

Why do I love them?

Everything tastes gourmet - just so much better than your average pre-packaged fare. It's like you specifically chose these items while browsing through an upscale, specialty grocery store. But, the best part? Virtually all of the products in Tastefully Simple's line require adding only one or two ingredients - and that's it!

Cheese balls.
Drink mixes.
Cakes.
Muffins.
Dips.
Soups.
Waffles.
Breads.

Whether cooking for my family, or serving last minute guests, I always have several Tastefully Simple products on hand so I can whip up something delicious in a hurry.

I emailed my friend, Sherrie, who has been a consultant for Tastefully Simple for 8 years and who I always order from, and asked her if she'd like to do a giveaway here at Short Stop! She immediately and happily agreed.

SO, today - you can try Tastefully Simple for the first time, or if you know it and love it like I do - win a great assortment of products to add to your pantry. All of these products are PERFECT for summertime entertaining!

The Prize Pack you can win comes with ALL of these products (a $45 value):

Lovin' Lemon Drink Bucket. Lemon Slushy? Yes, please!

Strawberry Sweetness Gift Pack. This gift pack comes with everything you need for a quick and easy dessert. Add cream cheese to sweet Strawberry Cheese Ball mix and serve with the Twisty Grahams that come with it. YUM!

Absolutely Almond Pound Cake. I love this cake. One of my favorite things TS offers.

Nana's Apple Cake. Add 2 cups chopped apples + 2 eggs. That's it!

Toasted Garlic & Parmesan Cheese Ball Mix. These cheese balls are the BEST when you need to take something to a party. Add cream cheese to mix. Buy crackers. You're out the door.

All you have to do to be entered into the giveaway is answer this question:

What is your favorite kind of cake? My favorite? Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake with Chocolate Toffee Frosting. Heaven in a pan.

That's all, folks.

Leave a comment with your favorite cake. You can win additional entries by doing any or all of the following:

1. Post a link to this giveaway on your personal Facebook page.
2. Post a link on Twitter.
3. Subscribe to Short Stop via RSS or email on my sidebar. If you're already a subscriber, just let me know in a comment.
4. Follow Short Stop on Facebook. If you already follow, let me know in a comment.

You can get up to 5 entries. Just be sure to leave a separate comment for EACH of the things that you do so that I can count them in the drawing. Also, please leave your name or email address if they are not attached to your profile!

I'll leave this giveaway open until next Monday, August 2nd at 5pm and let the good ol' random thingy do what it does best. I'll announce the winner that night.

Good luck, everybody! Bring on the cake!

*Disclosure: I was not compensated in any way to tell you about Tastefully Simple. I just love these products and wanted to share them with you. As always, I give you my honest opinion, and only offer products via giveaway on Short Stop that I have used, love, and recommend.
