Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Photobucket

If you like cilantro (and as we've discovered, if you like it, you probably LOVE it), then this is the perfect dipping sauce/condiment for just about any Mexican dish.

My cilantro-loving husband is nutty over this sauce.

It's cool and fresh and minty and really easy to prepare.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, jalapeno, pepper, celery salt, cumin, and garlic powder in a food processor.

Photobucket

Take one bunch of cilantro.

And, add it to the food processor.

Add the juice of 1/2 lime.

And place the top on. (You can also use a blender for this recipe.)

Pulse until the cilantro is finely minced and everything is combined thoroughly.

The sauce is a beautiful green color when it's ready.

LOVE.

Enjoy!
