5 Choices: {YOU Pick the Short Shot!}
Every spring/early summer, we give the boys "summer cuts". They are wild, out-of-control, hyperactive very busy little boys, and they sweat and get dirty and do all the things that little boys do.
I mean, they rip worms in half and eat dirt. I sat in bewilderment as my second child ATE A ROCK - but, I'm learning this is all part of the gig.
It's this endlessly entertaining nonsense that confuses me and makes me crazy and creates the world's dirtiest laundry room, but it's the BEST part of mothering boys, and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
So, this weekend, I gave them their annual summer cuts. Because we're already having 80 degree days here in the South and somehow, I feel like less dirt and sweat and mud stick to them when all of their hair is gone.
And, well - I think they're adorable when they're fuzzy. And, I love kissing their newly shorn heads and giving them a quick head rub as they walk by me.
I sat them out on the deck and took some pictures of them - like I do every year after I've clogged up the clippers, thrown them in the tub, and bribed them to (attempt to) sit still for 5 minutes.
But, I can't choose. I don't know which one I like the best. They all capture something different about them. SO, I thought I'd let you all choose today's shot. The one that will become part of my 365 project.
SO, it's up to you today.
Five shots of my three oldest boys - all ready for summer!
