Together
They spent all morning in the pool together.
All morning.
Then they ate lunch on the deck to dry off. Side by side.
Their never stopped talking and laughing.
I loved seeing them play together today. Soaking up the sun without a care in the world.
The sweet innocence of childhood. Life can be so hard. I love that they don't know that yet.

I just have to laugh at this one. It's so true! But my laughter is for the PB&J! I remember reading a previous post weeks back about one of the boys being sick of it. I love that I can see other peoples lives mirror mine in that way! Good ol PB&J.
ReplyDeleteAmy Jo, I was thinking the EXACT SAME THING and didn't have the heart to post it! lol I agree though, gotta' love the PB&J. :-)
ReplyDeletePS: Sarah, the anonymous comment was from me, and I LOVE reading these little tidbits every day. :-)
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was of those PB&J's too!! LOL
ReplyDelete@Amy (and Missy and Katie) - isn't it the truth?? I *almost* said something about the PB&J when I was writing, but wasn't sure if anyone would really get it. Oh my - the more things change the more they stay the same with my kiddos.
ReplyDeleteAfter about 2 weeks of no PB&J, they are loving it more than ever! I think I'm learning the secret is variety - keeping lunch interesting for them. :)
haha!me too with the PB&J. BUt then I was drawn to their little faces. Such a sweet pic.
